Ridged tubes of pasta almost as wide as they are long, with furrows down the outside. Rumoured to be hard to find and unlikely to be appreciated outside of Rome, this stylish number is making its debut in Yorkshire. They are capable of holding a range of sauces, from substantial and meaty to creamy and velvety.

The difference… locally milled wheat flour, traditional artisan techniques and a love for REAL pasta. 

The taste is second to none. We dry our pasta slowly overnight at low temperatures to allow  robust and wholesome flavours to develop. 

The eating experience is sublime. We use traditional bronze dies to give our pasta that important rough surface that sauces cling to. 

We produce a more sustainable and tastier British pasta. Our ‘family secret’ blend of locally milled wheat flours replace imported Durum semolina. And all of our pasta is packed in 100% recyclable paper bags. We are plastic free and run using solar power too.

We were absolutely thrilled to be invited onto James Martin’s Saturday Morning on ITV. He is so supportive and genuinely loves our pasta. We featured in the ‘Meet the producer’ segment where we told our story whilst James Martin showed the UK how to cook the most incredible ragout using our Mezze Maniche Rigate Pasta.

British Artisan Pasta. You probably didn’t know that dried pasta could taste this good! Our Yorkshire Pasta is made by combining locally milled wheat flour with traditional techniques enabling us to create a beautiful wholesome and robust pasta. We dry our pasta slowly overnight at gentle temperatures to allow the flavour to really develop. And of course, we use bronze dies meaning that our pasta soaks up the sauce way better than mass manufactured pasta. Our pasta is Vegan and we make a huge effort to be sustainable; using green energy and selling our pasta in 100% recyclable paper packaging!

    Such excellent pasta
    Me and my wife nikki visited Malton food festival last week. Firstly it was great seeing everyone back at last, we’d really missed it. Second, I’d never heard of the Yorkshire pasta company but am glad I spotted you in Malton. Just had the flat tubes(cant remember the name) but it’s lovely pasta. Homemade bolognaise sauce with it. It didn’t clump together like some pasta can and it was soft and delicious. Thankyou. We both love buying from local companies as well so that’s a bonus. If I see you’re products again I’ll grab a bag because it’s just delicious. Cheers!

    Once you have had This pasta any others are poor substitutes. Great flavour and texture and it holds the pasta sauce. It goes brilliantly with the James Martin ragu recipe. We always have Yorkshire pasta in the cupboard and are spreading the word with friends and family. Thanks so much.
