Prawn & Fresh Tomato Yorkshire Pasta

Can you believe I made this HUGE plate of prawn and fresh tomato pasta, just for me? Well, yeah I hear you say.
This was a super simple tea👌🏼using @yorkshirepasta and fresh tomatoes and I threw some prawns in there with garlic, shallot and chilli for good measure.

Ingredients
- Penne Yorkshire Pasta
- Prawns
- Fresh tomatoes
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Chilli flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Pop the pasta on the boil according to the packet instructions. In a frying pan, fry up the shallot, garlic and tomatoes on a gentle heat until they start to soften.
Step 2
Add in the prawns and chilli flakes and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook until the prawns are cooked through then drain the pasta and toss through the sauce.
Step 4
Grate over some parmesan and away you go!

Cooked Fusilli with spring onions, garlic, lemon zest and spinach, lemon juice and a tiny touch of white wine. Parmesan as cannot get pecorino easily. Touch of chilli. Divine.
