Scillian Tuna with capers, San Monzano tomatoes and dried oregano


  • 400g of Yorkshire Pasta conchiglie

  • 2 heaped table spoons of Capers

  • 400g cherry tomatoes

  • A bunch of dried oregano ( if you can’t find the bunch get the pot of dried oregano in your local supermarket)

  • A tin of Tuna in sunflower oil

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Cook your Yorkshire Pasta per packet instructions

Step 2

Heat a wide based pan with a tablespoon of olive and add your capers. Cook until crispy and set aside for later

Step 3

Into the pan we go with our cherry tomatoes, oregano and tuna. Cook this in the reserved olive oil until fragrant (5-6 minutes)

Step 4

Once cooked drain your Yorkshire Pasta reserving a cup full of pasta water and transfer to the pan

Step 5

Add your pasta water to the pan, season well with salt and pepper and remaining oregano
