Boursin Lemon Pasta

 Serves 2.


  • 300g Yorkshire Pasta, Mezze Maniche Rigate

  • 1 wheel of Boursin @boursinuk

  • 2 lemons, halved (you can use 1 lemon if preferred)

  • 4-6 sliced banana shallots

  • 1 bulb garlic

  • Yorkshire Rapeseed oil @yorkshireoil

  • 1tsb salt @yorkshireseasalt

  • 2tsp oregano

  • Fresh basil

  • 1tsb black pepper

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Place a wheel of Boursin in the centre of an overproof dish, then place 2 lemon halves around it, cut side down

Step 2

Add in the sliced banana shallots and a small bulb of garlic with the top cut off. Drizzle over olive oil and season with black pepper and oregano. Bake for 30-50 minutes at 180C

Step 3

Take the tray out of the oven and squeeze out the lemon juice and garlic and add in your cooked pasta with some of the pasta water and fresh basil leaves

Step 4

Mix everything together until combined and serve with lemon zest
