Chicken & Halloumi Pasta


  • 75g Pasta (Penne Rigate)

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 1 Chicken Breast

  • 50g Halloumi

  • 1tsp Chilli

  • 1tsp Paprika

  • 2tbsp Garlic Cream Cheese

  • 1tbsp Tomato purée

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add pasta to a pan of boiling salt water for 8 mins

Step 2

Fry chicken chunks in a pan with salt, pepper, garlic, chilli & paprika, once cooked set aside

Step 3

Cut halloumi into bite size chunks and fry until nicely golden

Step 4

Drain pasta and keep 100ml of pasta water

Step 5

Add the chicken and halloumi to the pan of pasta and 3tbsp of garlic cream cheese and 1tbsp of tomato purée

Step 6

Give it a good mix over a low heat and then serve with cracked black pepper and voila
