Pasta Crisps with Cheese & Pesto Dip

Serves 4.


  • 400g Pasta (No.2 Penne Rigate)

  • Olive Oil

  • 100g Fresh finely grated Parmesan

  • 200g Feta cheese

  • 200g Soft cheese

  • 50g Green Pesto

  • Handful of Pinenuts

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a large pot of boiling water cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

Step 2

Add pasta to air-fryer and add a drizzle of olive oil and half the parmesan. Mix the pasta and parmesan well to get an even coating.

Step 3

Cook pasta for 15 minutes on 200C. Make sure to stop timer half way through and mix the pasta, then add the rest of the parmesan so that it cooks evenly.

Step 4

Whilst you’re waiting for the air-fryer, crumble and mash the feta cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth, add the soft cheese and pesto and mix together. Finally top with pine nuts and serve in a bowl.
