Spicy Chorizo & Feta with Yorkshire Pasta Fusilli

Step by Step Instructions
Chop and fry your chorizo until crispy (you don’t really need to add much oil as it releases its own fat)
Soak up those lovely chorizo juices with your grated carrot, garlic, finely chopped basil stalk, chilli flakes, oregano, paprika and tomato pasta.
Add the tinned tomatoes, juice of half the lemon, sugar, lots of salt and pepper.
Get your pasta on the boil
Add the basil leaves, feta, a cup of pasta water and stir down to make a lovely creamy tomato sauce!
When the pasta is cooked, toss it in good quality olive oil and then stir in the sauce before serving with an extra wedge of lemon & parmesan.
