Spicy Nduja & Mushroom Pasta 


  • 150g Yorkshire Pasta Penne
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 1/2 small onion diced
  • 8 large mushrooms roughly chopped
  • 6 teaspoons of Wass Farm Shop nduja sausage
  • Salt & pepper to season
  • 1 ladle of Pasta water
  • 50g of parmesan
  • More parmesan to serve

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Cook pasta to pack instructions

Step 2

On a medium high heat sauté onion and mushrooms in the oil for about 4 minutes

Step 3

Add the nudja and break apart with the back of your spoon

Step 4

Cook through on a medium heat and season with salt and pepper

Step 5

Add pasta and a ladle of pasta water and stir to combine

Step 6

Continue cooking for 2 minutes and stir through the parmesan

Step 7

Add more pasta water to loosen if necessary
